Our concrete steps have a 7” rise and a 12” tread. They are 4’, 5’, 6’, or 8’ wide.
You will need to contact your code enforcer in the town in which you reside to find out this information.
Our railings are anchored in, not poured in.
We will install our railings on a poured or precast step unit. We will not install on stone or brick steps.
Yes. We would need to send out an estimator to get the exact measurements for your railings.
We do not require that there be a pad. If the step is going on the ground you must have the area level.

Bilco steel Basement Doors must be painted within forty-five (45) days of installation. Bilco Basement Doors and optional extension panels are supplied with a uniform baked-on primer supplied by Sherwin Williams. Prior to finish painting, clean all surfaces thoroughly and apply a finish coat of acrylic latex in white or other light color to all interior and exterior steel surfaces. Bilco does not recommend the use of Rust Oleum products.
